You can listen to XTRA RADIO by using your Computer (PC or Mac), Tablet, Smart TV or Smartphone. Ways to listen are below: select your platform and get the instructions to listen.



Listening on your computer (PC or Mac) is easy. Simply visit our website (which you're on now) and click 'Listen Live' or the big play-button in the bottom of our website. The LIVERADIOPLAYER will open automatically. If you're experiencing problems with listening, try clearing your browsers cache

Reset Chrome

If you're using Google Chrome and experiencing problems with listening please try resetting Google Chrome to the default settings.

Clear browser cache

Often clearing your browser cache will resolve issues. Instructions for popular browsers can be found below.


To clear cache on Chrome follow the steps below. If you continue to have issues please contact us.

1. Click the Chrome menu (three horizontal lines) on the browser toolbar.
2. Select More Tools.
3. Select Clear Browsing Data. In the dialog that appears, make sure Clear cached images and files and Cookies and other site and plug-in data are checked
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything (beginning of time is recommended to resolve most issues).
6. Click Clear browsing data.

To clear cache on Firefox follow the steps below. If you continue to have issues please contact us.

1. Click the Firefox menu button (three horizontal lines) and choose Preferences
2. Select the Advanced panel.
3. Click on the Network tab.
4. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
5. Click OK to close the Options window
6. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

To clear cache on Internet Explorer follow the steps below. If you continue to have issues please contact us.

1. On the right-hand side of the browser, click on the gear icon, also called the Tools icon
2. Click Safety > Delete browsing history
3. In the Delete Browsing History window that appears, uncheck all options except the one labeled Temporary Internet files and website files
4. Click the Delete button
The Delete Browsing History window will disappear. When complete you'll see a "finished deleting" message at the bottom of the window

5. Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen
